In this course we will learn about our mind and how we can cultivate more happiness and meaning in our lives. We will look at how the mind works and the different types of mind we experience. Through changing our habitual ways of thinking we can create a deeper sense of ourself and the world we live in. We will cover the different types of consciousness, the different mental factors, the root mental afflictions and virtuous mental factors and working with destructive states of mind.
