How To Practice Kalachakra - Bodhicitta

Starting to Practice the Kalachakra Path – The Path of Awakening

In this course we begin a process of learning how to gradually transform our thoughts and habits into a natural expression of love and compassion. This form of love also known as Bodhicitta sees all beings as equal and when combined with wisdom, generates a love that is more genuine, clear and stable. We use our everyday experiences to become more aware of the different ways we can open our heart to include others.
