Foundations of Buddhism Series

6 - Week Online Course Starts February 15th at 7:30 PM Melbourne Time

The Buddha kindly left us guidelines to teach us how to practice. In this course we transition from learning the basic philosophy of practice to discussing how to implement it on a foundational level. On the most basic level, these teachings help us to be a better human being and kinder to others in the world as we begin to transform our attitudes and actions.
